Kings Of The Chart: Gaon Weekly’s Quadruple Crown Goes To NCT Dream

Come one and come all! NCTzens from all corners of the world! It is official that NCT DREAM has been on a domination spree on the latest Gaon charts. As of writing this article, on the 20th of May, Gaon Chart released their weekly chart rankings for the week of the 9th-15th of May.

SM Entertainment's NCT DREAM dominated on the #1 on all categories of Gaon's Weekly chart. The categories being the digital chart, the download chart, the physical album chart, and BGM chart.

Moreover, Brave Entertainment's Brave Girls' with their hit song "Rollin'" can't seem to be stopped as it remained #1 on the streaming chart for four weeks straight. In addition, HYBE's (formerly Big Hit Entertainment) BTS was able to stop at the No. 1 spot on Gaon's Social Chart 2.0 for nine weeks straight.

The chart ranking is as follows:

Digital Chart

On top due to their recent comeback with "Hot Sauce", NCT DREAM pins the charts at the #1 spot. This means that Brave Girls' hit "Rollin,'" Justin Bieber's fire song "Peaches," IU's iconic "LILAC," and another Brave Girls' track "We Ride" went down a spot compared to last week's overall digital chart.

Streaming Chart

Nothing has changed as Brave Girls' "Rollin'" stays at #1, Justin Bieber's "Peaches" retains the 2nd spot," IU's "LILAC" still at #3," Brave Girl's "We Ride" at the 4th spot, and IU's "Celebrity" still #5.

NCT DREAM's "Hot Sauce" is #1, Oh My Girl's "Dun Dun Dance" enters the charts at 2nd place, Kang Daniel's "Outerspace" joins the chart at the 3rd spot, EXO's Baekhyun's "Bambi" once again enters charts at 4th place, and ONEUS's "BLACK MIRROR" made its appearance at the #5 spot.

Album Chart

SM Entertainment's NCT DREAM's "Hot Sauce" once again places #1, ONEUS's "BINARY CODE" sits at #2, and Oh My Girl's "Dear OHMYGIRL" becomes the 3rd placer, NCT's "NCT 2018 EMPATHY" becomes the 4th spot and NCT DREAM's "We Boom" is at the 5th spot.
