ITZY, JYP Entertainment's all Korean K-pop girl group, has been making huge strides in the K-pop industry since its debut. The female K-pop quintet is made up of Yeji, Lia, Ryujin, Chaeryeong, and Yuna, and the girl group is starting the year right with their first-ever English Album release, with four of their title tracks in the album, "DALLA DALLA", "ICY", "WANNABE", and "Not Shy".

Additionally, ITZY and MIDZYs (ITZY's fan base) all over the world celebrated their second anniversary last Friday, February 12. Prior to their anniversary, ITZY had a successful interview on MMTG.

As a way to celebrate, most fans rewatched previous music videos released by the girl group on YouTube. Due to this, ITZY, MIDZYs, and JYP Entertainment had another reason to celebrate once again.

"ICY", ITZY's second main song, was released July 28, 2019. Chronologically, "ICY" is the third song released right after "Dalla Dalla" and "Want It?". Moreover, it is the title song of their first mini-album, "IT'z Icy."

This song was an instant hit as it elevated ITZY's uniqueness as a group, and recently, it surpassed 200 million views on YouTube, making it ITZY's third MV to hit that mark. This happened on February 18, approximately at 1 pm Korean Standard Time. The song roughly took seven months to reach this goal.

The other two ITZY songs are "DALLA DALLA" with 246 million views and "WANNABE" with 280 million views. Currently, their fourth MV, which was released in August of 2020, "NOT SHY," has 137 million views. If the views are constant, "NOT SHY" will reach 200 million, and "WANNABE" will reach 300 million before the year ends.

This is gearing up to be a really strong year for ITZY. With their YouTube presence being amplified by their shows "IT'z PLAYTIME" and "2TZY: Hello 2021", it seems as though ITZY is gearing up to becoming even bigger, not only in South Korea but also internationally.
