Fans May Have To Wait Longer For 2NE1’s Comeback After Minzy’s Recent Announcement
Earlier this year, Minzy hinted at a possible 2NE1 comeback but it seems as though fans have to wait a little longer.

CL, Dara and Bom joined Minzy in celebrating her birthday in January. Such a reunion was the first after so many years of the group's hiatus. 2NE1's recent reunion sparked excitement among BLACKJACKs. Minzy, herself, revealed that the group is brewing something for the fans, therefore, adding more fuel to 2NE1 group comeback rumors.
Additionally, 2NE1 member Dara also shared in an interview with TMI News that although the group has no plans to have a comeback, all of the four 2NE1 members hope to stand on stage and perform to fans very soon.
To top it all off, 2NE1 main vocalist, Park Bom, accidentally revealed during a radio show that the group recorded something. She also shared in an interview with TEN STAR that all 4 members of the second-generation K-Pop superstar group wanted to meet often but had difficulty due to their busy schedules.
On the other hand, Dara recently announced her departure from YG Entertainment after 17 years of calling the agency home. She is the last 2NE1 member to leave the agency.

Meanwhile, Minzy shared exciting news with fans through her agency, MZ Entertainment. In an official statement, MZ Entertainment revealed that the 2NE1 maknae is currently working on a new single album.
Additionally, Minzy's agency confirmed that her upcoming solo album is scheduled to be released in July. Fans also got excited after the agency revealed that Minzy's upcoming solo release is a vibrant song perfect for summer.
Because of Minzy's announcement, fans might need to wait a little longer for 2NE1's full group reunion comeback.
