Not long ago, a select number of WIZ*ONEs (the fandom name of IZ*ONE) created the Parallel Universe Project. The project has now gone on to raise millions of dollars. Why? For the purpose of relaunching their favorite K-pop group, IZ*ONE.

A recent interview with Doyouram - Everyday K-Culture on YouTube with the head of the Parallel Universe Project went on to discuss the traction of the project, alongside the progress with the agencies of the 12 IZ*ONE members.

The project has combined all 15 fanbases of IZ*ONE which all came from the famous South Korean website "DC Inside." The IZ*ONE fans have been working in investment funds and strategy departments for a plethora of major Korean entertainment companies.

The head of the project noted, "We gather all these experts and put together professional, well-organized material to show to the entertainment agencies in order to convince them."

At the moment, the Parallel Universe Project has raised around ₩3.24 billion KRW which converts $2.91 million USD. The donations have come from approximately 20,000 IZ*ONE fans  from the Korean crowdfunding platform called 'Wadiz'.

Additionally, the head of the Parallel Universe Project shared that they have been in talks with the agencies of the former members of IZ*ONE.

The head of the Parallel Universe Project shared that they have the chance to directly contact one CEO of one of the IZ*ONE member's agencies. But he did not share which agency the CEO was from. It can be assumed that as of writing this article, one agency is truly on board.

In addition, one expert on the Parallel Universe Project team also works for one the agencies of former IZ*ONE member. As per the head of the project, the expert member delivers their plans to each company's CEO, then patiently waits for the response of the agencies.

According to the head of the Parallel Universe Project, discussions in other agencies of the other former members of IZ*ONE has been going in a "positive" direction.

The head of the project mentioned, "The project is surely working out in a positive direction."

The head of the project added, "I just hope IZ*ONE members remember that there are lots of fans who haven't given up and continue to root for them."
