Big Bang’s T.O.P. Crashed Jeon So Mi’s World When He Enlisted For The Military
I.O.I.'s former member Jeon So Mi revealed she has a huge crush on Big Bang's T.O.P. In fact, she felt like her world crashed when the rapper left for the military last month. The Canadian-Korean singer admits she's also a fan of Big Bang and 2NE1.
Jeon So Mi guested Monday on "Choi Hwa Jung's Power Time" where she talked about management label YG Entertainment and her favorite YG artists Big Bang and 2NE1. The 15-year-old singer picked out T.O.P. as her favorite Big Bang member and confessed that she keeps a poster of him in her room. Although she hasn't personally seen the 29-year-old rapper-actor yet in person, Jeon So Mi shared what every V.I.P. fan felt during his enlistment. "I felt like my whole world was crashing down when T.O.P recently left for the military," allkpop quoted her as saying.
The teenage artist sang 2NE1's song "Lonely" when she auditioned for JYP Entertainment. DJ Choi Hwa Jung asked her why she didn't audition for YG instead where she can meet Big Bang's T.O.P. "Yeah, why didn't I go to YG," she joked and even called it "unfortunate" that she didn't have a chance to do so. Jeon So Mi failed to secure a spot as a member of the girl group TWICE but she became the ultimate winner of Mnet's K-Pop reality show "Produce 101" last year. She also joined six other members of the girl group I.O.I. and co-hosted SBS MTV's "The Show" with UP10TION's Woo Shin. The pair was embroiled in controversy last year after netizens accused Woo Shin of physically harassing Jeon So Mi on a music video. She joined "Sister's Slam Dunk Unnies Season 2" and kicked off a solo career this year.
Jeon So Mi would have to wait one year and eight months more before she can get a chance to meet Big Bang's T.O.P. His recent photos in the military reveal he's doing just fine. The YG artist is even able to rock his signature finger pointing pose.
