WM Entertainment’s Oh My Girl Gears Up For Comeback, Get Ready Miracles!
On the 21st of April, 2015, the world was introduced to WM Entertainment's K-pop girl group, Oh My Girl. The female K-pop group consists of seven members, Hyojung, Mimi, YooA, Seunghee, Jiho, Binnie, and Arin.
Previously, JinE, Oh My Girl's vocalist, left the group in 2017. Since then, no members have left the girl group.
Moreover, WM Entertainment's Oh My Girl debuted with their song entitled "CUPID" and Miracles (the fandom name of Oh My Girl), immediately took a liking to the K-pop group, and it seems as though Oh My Girl is gearing up for a comeback really soon.
On the 29th of March, Korean Standard Time, Oh My Girl's company, WM Entertainment, confirmed that the female K-pop group is presently preparing for a comeback. The comeback is expected to be released in May.
Earlier in 2020, Ji-ho, had been suffering from health issues, including symptoms of an anxiety disorder, and had been receiving treatment since last year. She took a break to recover, but she is expected to return for their comeback.
In addition, the upcoming comeback in May will be Oh My Girl's first comeback since their immensely successful seventh mini-album entitled "NONSTOP." This marks an approximate 13 months since their previous release mentioned above.
It is known that Oh My Girl further elevated their fame with their hit tracks entitled "Nonstop" and "Dolphin" from their album "NONSTOP."
Oh My Girl's song, "Nonstop," was dubbed a platinum certification for the category of streaming on the Gaon Chart. More awards that were given to the song were also received during the 35th Golden Disc Awards, Soribada Best K-Music Awards 2020, the 30th Seoul Music Awards last year, and the Melon Music Awards 2020.
It is safe to say that netizens are once again excited for the upcoming release of Oh My Girl this coming May.
