This year's K-Pop World Festival in Changwon is almost here and both netizens and fans cannot wait for the highly-anticipated event!
With that, the lineup for performers for the 2021 K-Pop World Festival in Changwon has officially been announced and it is truly filled with the most popular K-pop artists in the entertainment industry!
Notably, the K-Pop World Festival in Changwon, which is going to celebrate its 10th anniversary this year, is a yearly K-pop talent competition where K-pop fans from all over the globe face off against one another doing covers of different songs from K-pop artists.
In this year's K-Pop World Festival in Changwon preliminaries, more than 400 teams from over 100 regions participated. From them, 10 finalists are going to take the stage to compete at the upcoming festival in October.
Furthermore, to prioritize the safety and health of fans, contestants, and artists, the 2021 K-Pop World Festival in Changwon will have a format that is contact-free.
This means that instead of performing at Changwon similar to previous years, this 2021's lineup of artists will be performing virtually, doing their performances in videos that are going to be filmed in some of Korea's most well-known landmarks.
For 2021's lineup of performers, K-pop artists such as CRAVITY, aespa, MONSTA X, Stray Kids, ATEEZ, THE BOYZ, Oh My Girl, and ONEUS will be taking the stage. Truly a list of one of the hottest and freshest K-pop artists at present!
Moreover, this year's K-Pop World Festival in Changwon will happen on the 15th of October. The event is going to be streamed live on KBS WORLD TV's official YouTube channel. To add to this, the festival will also be broadcasted on KBS 2TV on the 3rd of November at 10:40 p.m. KST.
