As per data gathered from recent surveys, Korean teens voted for their favorite K-pop girl groups from the fourth generation! Find out if your favorite fourth-generation K-pop girl group makes the cut.

The fourth generation of K-pop has truly been a group filled with amazing talent, visuals, and personalities that make them stand out from their third generation unnies. A lot of the fourth generation K-pop idols have already made a mark in the industry, regardless of their age.

Just recently, Cosmopolitan Korea has gone on to conduct multiple surveys and polls on K-pop asking netizens and fans their thoughts on 4th gen lightsticks, rising K-pop groups, and many more. But one, in particular, seems to have stood out among the other surveys regarding K-pop.

Among the plethora of surveys that garnered the most attention from fans was one regarding which K-Pop girl groups are paving the way for the 4th generation. This is a very controversial yet engaging topic as it is very subjective.

After a rigorous amount of voting and tallying, here are the K-pop girl groups who are paving the way for the 4th generation as per Korean teens:

4th place

Play M Entertainment's Weeekly with 6.6% of the total votes

3rd place

JYP Entertainment's ITZY with 15.4% of the total votes

2nd place

HIGHUP Entertainment's STAYC with 22.9% of the total votes

1st place

SM Entertainment's aespa with 46.2% of the total votes

Notably, the remaining 8.9% of total votes are split between other fourth-generation K-pop girl groups.

Congratulations to all the K-pop girl groups who were chosen as the K-pop girl groups to be the ones paving the way for the 4th generation by fans as this is a huge honor.
