‘You Can Really Go Crazy’, CLC’s Sorn Talks About Living In Korea As A Foreigner!
CLC's Sorn recently uploaded a video on Produsorn, her YouTube channel, and she talked about a couple of topics that were revolving around some of her fans' assumptions towards her. Among the assumptions is that Sorn misses Thailand, her home country, a lot.
With this, the CLC member revealed that she needed to "take a break" from living in South Korea!
Notably, Sorn confirmed that she truly did miss Thailand. At present, she lives full-time in Korea, but she was born and raised in Bangkok. She moved to Seoul when she was 15 years old to be a trainee under Cube Entertainment, the agency's first-ever non-Korean trainee.
Moreover, Sorn expressed that it had been two years since she went home to Thailand and that even though Korea is a really good country to be in, Sorn admitted that it is the kind of country you need to take a break from if you are a foreign idol.
Sorn noted, "Sometimes, if you don't take a break from Korea, you can really go crazy."
Moreover, CLC's Sorn shared that it was difficult to explain to those who don't live in Korea, Sorn still did her best to express what she meant, noting: "Korea is definitely a place where you need to take a break sometimes from whatever's going on."
Sorn added that she previously got to spend time in Thailand once a year. But due to the COVID-19 pandemic, travel restrictions were imposed and due to this, Sorn has not been able to return to Thailand.
"Knowing that you can't go back, that's even more sad. If I had the money, I would totally fly back right now but because of COVID, I can't," Sorn revealed.
The comment section was then flooded with fans who were giving positive messages towards CLC's Sorn, which surely comforted the K-pop idol.
