South Korean boy group ATEEZ has shattered records this summer, becoming the first K-pop act to place two different songs on the Billboard Hot 100 in 2025. The eight-member group made waves with their breakthrough hit "Lemon Drop" in June, then topped themselves with "In Your Fantasy" reaching an even higher chart position in July.

ATEEZ first entered the Hot 100 at No. 69 with "Lemon Drop" from their album "GOLDEN HOUR: Part.3," making them only the third K-pop boy group ever to reach this milestone, joining BTS and Stray Kids. The album itself dominated with 105,000 equivalent units sold in its first week, marking the biggest U.S. sales week for any K-pop artist in 2025.

Just a month later, ATEEZ outdid themselves. "In Your Fantasy" debuted at No. 68 on the Hot 100 in July, becoming their highest-charting song and second Hot 100 entry. The track came from their repackaged album "GOLDEN HOUR: Part.3 'In Your Fantasy Edition,'" which featured solo songs written by each member.

The success story extends far beyond just the Hot 100. ATEEZ swept six of the top 10 spots on Billboard's World Digital Song Sales chart with "In Your Fantasy" at No. 1, followed by solo tracks from members Wooyoung, Seonghwa, Yunho, Yeosang, and Mingi.

Their original album also showed impressive staying power. "GOLDEN HOUR: Part.3" re-entered the Billboard 200 at No. 7 following the repackaged release, earning 79,000 equivalent album units and becoming the second best-selling album that week.

ATEEZ has now placed seven consecutive albums in the Billboard 200's top 10, starting with "THE WORLD EP.1: MOVEMENT" in 2023. This consistency has established them as one of the most reliable chart performers in K-pop's fourth generation.

Riding their chart momentum, ATEEZ launched their 2025 "In Your Fantasy" world tour. The North American leg began July 10 in Atlanta and includes major venues like State Farm Arena, Citi Field in New York, and BMO Stadium in Los Angeles, with the tour continuing through 12 North American cities before heading to Japan.

ATEEZ's dual Hot 100 entries in 2025 represent more than just chart success-they signal the group's mainstream breakthrough in the world's largest music market. Their "Lemon Drop" generated over 1.2 million Spotify streams and 24 million YouTube views within 10 days, while their physical sales consistently outperform their streaming numbers, showing strong dedicated fanbase support.

For a group from the smaller KQ Entertainment label, these achievements prove that fourth-generation K-pop acts can compete with industry giants through quality music and strategic releases. Their success also highlights the growing appetite for K-pop in mainstream American music, setting the stage for what could be their biggest year yet.
