Fans Truly Hyped As Sony Recently Teases ‘Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse’ Sequel!
Fans hyped as initial footage of Sony's highly-anticipated "Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse" sequel was finally revealed in this year's CinemaCon!
Notably, the first "Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse" was a major success at the box office. Not only that, but the film also went on to impress critics. The film went on to win the Best Animated Feature Film award in both the Annual Golden Globes and the 2019 Academy Awards.
Even Before the release of the first movie, the huge following surrounding the 'Into the Spider-Verse' project had Sony swiftly start production on both a sequel and a spin-off entitled "Spider-Woman."
Although a lot of fans are more hyped on the new "Spider-Man: No Way Home" trailer, the Sony presentation for "Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse" sequel went on to feature a first look at footage from the upcoming film!
The footage has been described to have a scene of Miles Morales doing his signature jump, which is followed by Gwen Stacy appearing with her full white mask. Additionally, Miles looking at his Spider-Man suit with his reflection showing was also noted to be in the first look.
"Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse" is currently scheduled to be released in October of next year. Additionally, the "Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse" sequel will have both Shameik Moore and Hailee Steinfeld reprising their roles of Miles Morales and Gwen Stacy, respectively.
The "Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse" sequel will also reveal Takuya Yamashiro, a Japanese Spider-Man, along with Spider-Woman, who has been confirmed to be voiced by actress Issa Rae.
Without a doubt, the newbies for "Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse" sequel will bring upon more hype from the fans.
