Here Are The Nominees For TV Categories That Are Confirmed To Attend The Baeksang Awards
Are you excited to witness the live broadcast of the 57th Baeksang Arts Awards? Here is the confirmed list of attendees from the tv nominees for the most prestigious awards ceremony in South Korea.
"The Penthouse"
Probably the biggest drama of 2020 and currently slated for a third season, "The Penthouse" scored nominations in five different categories. "The Penthouse" stars Kim So Yeo, Uhm Ki Joon, Shin Eun Kyung, Kim Hyun Soo, and Kim Young Dae are confirmed to attend the awards ceremony.
"Beyond Evil"
The thriller-drama "Beyond Evil" received Baeksang nominations for four different categories. So, Park Shin Woo, the producing director for "Beyond Evil," will be attending the Baeksang Awards together with Shin Ha Kyun, Choi Dae Hoon, and Choi Sung Eun.
"It's Okay to Not Be Okay"
The popular 2020 drama was also nominated for four categories, despite this, its female lead star Seo Ye Ji will be absent from the awards ceremony. Meanwhile, Kim Soo Hyun, Oh Jung Se, Jang Young Nam as well as Producing Director Park Shin Woo and writer Jo Yong are confirmed to attend the 57th Baeksang Arts Awards.
"Flower of Evil"
For the drama "Flower of Evil," actors Lee Joon Gi and Kim Ji Hoon will be attending the awards ceremony. Moreover, director Kim Chul Gyu and writer Yoo Jung Hee will also be present. The drama is nominated for three categories.
"River Where The Moon Rises"
Despite the controversy that one of its lead actors faced, "River Where The Moon Rises" performed well in ratings and was nominated for various categories. "River Where The Moon Rises" stars Kim So Hyun and Na In Woo is attending the Baeksang Awards.
"Birthcare Center"
To represent the drama "Birthcare Center," Uhm Ji Won and Park Ha Sun are both confirmed to attend the awards ceremony.
"Mr. Queen"
Actor Kim Jung Hyun was embroiled in a series of controversies and opted out of attending the Baeksang Awards. On behalf of the "Mr. Queen" team, Shin Hye Sun and Cha Chung Hwa are confirmed to attend the Baeksang Awards.
"Vincenzo"
Until now, some fans haven't moved on from the drama "Vincenzo" and no one can blame them. The drama is nominated in various categories and because of this, its lead actor Song Joong Ki, as well as director Kim Hee Won, will be attending.
"Sweet Home"
"Sweet Home" was a blast last year on Netflix. For the Baeksang Awards, Song Kang and Park Hyu Young will be attending to represent the drama.
"Extracurricular"
Representing the drama "Extracurricular are actors Park Ju Hyun and Nam Yoon Su.
In addition, Kim Seon Ho ("Start-Up"), Lee Do Hyun ("18 Again"), Lee Joo Young ("Times"), and Lee Hee Joon ("Mouse") will also be attending the 57th Baeksang Arts Awards.
On the other hand, all 10 nominees for the "Best Entertainer" categories are confirmed to attend the awards ceremony including Jo Se Ho, Yoo Jae Suk, Moon Se Yoon, Shin Dong Yup, Kim Sook, Lee Seung Gi, Jae Jae, Hong Hyun Hee, and Jang Do Yeon.
