Has former IZ*ONE member Miyawaki Sakura joined BTS and TXT's agency, HYBE Labels?
As per recent reports coming from a Japanese media outlet, former IZ*ONE member, Miyawaki Sakura, has officially signed an exclusive contract with HYBE! This is ahead of recent reports of HYBE recruited former members of IZ*ONE to be a part of their upcoming girl group.
The recent exclusive report from the Japanese media outlet called WoW Korea revealed that IZ*ONE's Miyawaki Sakura has signed a contract with HYBE. Moreover, as per the reports, one of Miyawaki Sakura's representatives went on to confirm the news!
The representatives of Miyawaki Sakura explained:
"Miyawaki Sakura signed a contract with HYBE and will depart from Japan and head to Korea within August."
Not long ago, it was reported that there are rumors of HYBE trying to recruit Miyawaki Sakura alongside other fellow IZ*ONE member Kim Chaewon. The agency has announced that they will be launching a girl group and it is believed that they want former members of IZ*ONE to be a part of it.
Previous reports announced that HYBE's upcoming girl group will supposedly have five members. But apparently, two or three of the members will be connected to IZ*ONE and Produce 48.
This means that other former contestants who were not able to debut with IZ*ONE might be considered. Aside from Kim Chaewon, IZ*ONE's Miyawaki Sakura was also reportedly trying to be recruited to be a part of HYBE's new girl group.
During the time of reporting, HYBE has not yet released an official comment on the matter. But earlier this year in March, it was rumored that Miyawaki Sakura would be joining HYBE. But nothing has been set in stone, until now apparently.
