YG Entertainment Surprises Fans As The Agency Opens An Offline Store, Café, And Exhibition Space

YG Entertainment celebrated its 25th anniversary this year in March. Notably, YG Entertainment is considered part of the original 'Big 3' South Korean Entertainment companies alongside JYP Entertainment and SM Entertainment.

Known to most, YG Entertainment is home to legendary K-pop groups such as 2NE1,  BIGBANG, BLACKPINK, WINNER, iKON, AKMU, SECHSKIES, TREASURE, and many more. 

Moreover, YG Entertainment currently also has the following actors under their roster: Kim Hee Ae, Cha Seung Won, Choi Ji Woo, Kang Dong Won, and many more to say the least. 

Due to the amount of notable celebrities under the agency alongside its longevity in the industry, YG Entertainment is surely one of the most well-known South Korean industries to date. 

As such, fans of the agency have been really supportive and recently, YG Entertainment went on to surprise their fans with a new store, café, and exhibition space!

As mentioned above, YG Entertainment recently opened a new space for their fans called "the SameE." The entertainment agency opened it just today on the 1st of June as of writing this article.

YG Entertainment's "the SameE" is found in Hapjeong in the Mapo District of Seoul. YG Entertainment right across YG Entertainment's "the SameE" is the YG Entertainment headquarters. 

YG Entertainment's "the SameE" will be selling merchandise to fans, holding events, and can even be a café. YG Entertainment's "the SameE" was made to ensure the connection of artists from YG Entertainment with their fans. It even has the theme: "Fans are the artist's alter ego." 

Notably, YG Entertainment shared, "the SameE is a place to make the bond between fans and our artists even closer. We plan on continuously sharing the thought that artists exist because of the fans and that fans are an artist's alter ego through this space."
