Lisa signed with YG Entertainment and debuted in BLACKPINK and the rest is now history. Notably, the amount of success the Thai idol has seen in the entertainment industry is massive. Thus, it's no surprise children in Thailand have looked at Lisa as their role model.

The Thai idol knows this as she shared in the documentary "Light Up The Sky," "I'm a role model in Thailand, but I don't even know what kind of a musician I'll be." In a recent interview with Rolling Stone, the BLACKPINK idol was asked what she meant.

BLACKPINK's Lisa surprisingly revealed that she feels that she is not confident that she should be a role model for Thai children. The Thai idol believes there is still a lot for her to improve on because of her very young age.

"Whenever I go to Thailand, there's this new generation of babies that all look up to me: 'I want to be like Lisa, unnie!' But when I look at myself, I am lacking in so many areas. There are so many things I don't know because I'm still young," BLACKPINK's Lisa shared.

This made her fans look up to her even more as the successful idol showed her humble side. BLACKPINK's Lisa revealed that no matter how far she has come, she still believes she has things to learn.

BLACKPINK's Lisa explained, "They look up to me as an idol, but I still don't think I'm perfect enough to be their idol. Am I there yet? Am I ready? I'm actually really curious. In what ways am I an idol to those kids? I still feel I have a long way to go."
