These Companies Have Parted Ways With Russia Amidst War With Ukraine!
Russia's war with Ukraine has almost lasted more than two weeks and at present, over 100 companies from across almost every industry have cut their business ties with Russia. Some have even scaled them back in huge ways.
Either it was required by sanctions from certain nations or by a matter of choice, the actions of some companies include suspending their work in Russia. This means that they have cut ties with Russian clients, shut down online and in-person sales to Russia, and ended financial transactions.
This will take a huge toll towards Russia's economy and its people are also showing signs of distaste towards the war.
Among the hundreds of companies who have parted ways with Russia, here are those belonging in the professional services, automotive, aviation, food and beverage, and media and entertainment industry:
Professional Services companies
Boston Consulting Group
Ernst & Young
Jaguar Land Rover
Delta Air Lines
Food and beverage companies
Media and Entertainment companies
Sony Interactive Entertainment
Sony Pictures Entertainment
The Walt Disney Co.
It seems like for as long as Russia continues its war with Ukraine, more and more sanctions will be imposed on the country, and this could possibly mean that more companies will further pull-out from the country.
