As of writing this article, today on the 30th of December, media outlets reported that actress Seo Ye Ji has gone on to renew her contract with GOLDMEDALIST. Following the reports, an insider from the agency expressed, "We renewed our contract with Seo Ye Ji."
Seo Ye Ji is loved by netizens and fans as her abilities in acting were seen during her role in tvN's "Potato Star 2013QR3." Furthermore, actress Seo Ye Ji's immensely popular projects are "Hwarang," "Lawless Lawyer," and "It's Okay to Not Be Okay."
Earlier this year, Seo Ye Ji garnered negative attention due to a gaslighting controversy with "Mr. Queen" actor Kim Jung Hyun. The actress was supposedly gaslighting and manipulating her ex-boyfriend.

She was on hiatus for a good chunk of 2021, but a month ago on the 21st of November, it was reported that Seo Ye Ji began filming for her upcoming k-drama "Eve's Scandal" as the character Lee Ra El.
"Eve's Scandal" is a melodrama that revolves around the story of a 2-trillion-won divorce lawsuit involving a chaebol that has overturned the Republic of Korea.
Joining the actress for "Eve's Scandal" is "While You Were Sleeping" actor Lee Sang Yeop who will portray Seo Eun Pyeong, a human rights lawyer in love with Lee Ra El.
The cast will also have "Lost" actor Park Byung Eun, and he will portray the role of the Chaebol husband of Seo Ye Ji's Lee Ra El.
"Eve's Scandal" is scheduled to air in the first half of next year. It is written by Yoon Young Mi and will be aired on tvN.
