As of writing this article, yesterday on the 23rd of December, one of the major Korean music charts, which is Gaon Chart, announced their top-selling Artists in terms of album sales for this year.
The information that Gaon collected is the album sales data that ranged from January to December, which is the 1st up until the 50th week of this year. A handful of talented K-pop artists were able to make the list.
