Inkigayo Live in Tokyo 2026: TXT, Riize, NiziU Open Day 1
Doors open at Belluna Dome at 4 p.m. Tuesday, and by 6 p.m. seven K-pop acts and two J-pop soloists will share one stage - the first of two nights that make up the biggest Japan lineup "Inkigayo Live in Tokyo" has booked since the franchise started crossing into the country.
Tuesday's bill: Tomorrow X Together, Riize, NiziU, KickFlip, Cortis, Idid and KiiiKiii, joined by J-pop girl group =Love and Ikuta Lilas, the vocalist behind Yoasobi. Wednesday flips the cast almost entirely - Ive, &Team, Ini, Hearts2Hearts, Alpha Drive One, And2Ble and Aen share the bill with Ado, making her first-ever appearance on a South Korean broadcast property, alongside Be:First and Hana.
Belluna Dome sits in Tokorozawa, Saitama Prefecture - a roughly 40-minute train ride from Ikebukuro on the Seibu lines, not inside Tokyo itself, despite the event's name. The venue, home to the Saitama Seibu Lions, is configured for close to 40,000 fans across both nights. Tickets, sold through Lawson Ticket by the Inkigayo Live in Tokyo Executive Committee, started at 18,000 yen for a single night and 33,000 yen for a two-day pass. Both dates land on Japanese national holidays, a scheduling choice organizers built the run around.
"Inkigayo" is SBS's weekly music chart show in South Korea, and its Japan spinoff has spent the past few years testing how far a Korean broadcast brand travels. Splitting a two-night bill between K-pop names and some of Japan's biggest current chart acts pushes that test further than a straight K-pop package tour would - Ado hasn't set foot on Korean broadcast turf before Wednesday. Tuesday's card also doubles as a showcase for groups still building their footing: Cortis, Idid and KiiiKiii have each debuted within the past two years, and an arena stage in Japan's biggest overseas market is exposure none of them would get from a solo run.
Wednesday carries most of the marquee names - Ado, Ive, Be:First - but Tuesday opens the run, and TXT walks into it fresh off its own news: the group's "Love Language" crossed 100 million Spotify streams days earlier. Riize and NiziU add their own draw to the first night - Riize as one of HYBE's newer flagship acts, NiziU as a Japan-formed, Korea-trained group whose fanbase already straddles both markets the event is trying to bridge.
The bigger bet, though, is the one organizers are placing on night two, when a Korean broadcast institution hands its stage to the artist currently driving Japan's own pop charts. If Wednesday's crowd responds the way Tuesday's is expected to, "Inkigayo" will have proof that its Japan format works both directions - not just K-pop acts drawing Japanese fans, but J-pop's biggest current name agreeing to share a bill built around a Korean brand.
