The Difficulty Of Being An Idol: Jihyo Talks About The TWICE Members’ Hardest Times!
ONCEs are lucky as TWICE has dropped a plethora of powerful songs throughout their career.
Notably, though, TWICE's 2019 hit, "Feel Special," was actually made through adversity. Being a K-pop idol is fun due to the glitz, glam, and fame, but it is not always rainbows and butterflies, but with difficulty comes strength, and TWICE's "Feel Special" is a testament to this.
In a recent video uploaded by ODG entitled "Kids review TWICE's career," TWICE's Jihyo shared that prior to releasing their 2019 hit "Feel Special," the members of TWICE were actually starting to feel heavy, and Jihyo could have been hinting at Mina's anxiety.

The members of TWICE were notably feeling the toll of performing for multiple years under the spotlight of the K-pop industry.
"Perhaps we've been running a bit too long. Some of our friends began to feel bad. Little by little, we were getting exhausted," TWICE's Jihyo added.

But to the delight of fans, J.Y. Park, the founder of JYP Entertainment, listened to their woes when they talked to him and, due to this, he was later inspired to write "Feel Special." The song was made to comfort the members of TWICE.
"That's why JYP wrote this song, 'Feel Special,' to comfort us. That was after he listened to us," TWICE's Jihyo wholesomely shared.
Although 2019 was a very harsh year for the members of TWICE, it actually made the K-pop girl group really persevere, making their bond with one another stronger than ever.

"It was tough, but I think we became closer than ever that year because of the trouble," TWICE's Jihyo concluded.
