DAY6’s Jae Breaks Down In Recent Live Broadcast, Departure From JYP Entertainment Possibly Imminent

DAY6's Jae was recently 'cancelled' online as a clip of him was taken out of context, framing him to be an anti-vaccer. 

Following this, ther DAY6 member, seemingly having enough, had an Instagram Live on the 7th of October. Jae talked about the recent drama and what he said made My Days (the fandom name of DAY6) really worried.

"Let's just keep it to like, please, like a couple times a year. My heart can't take this, man. My heart can't do this, guys. I actually can't take this. Like I actually have panic disorder," DAY6's Jae explained.

Furthermore, fans became  worried as DAY6's Jae's following statements seem to point towards him wanting to part ways with his label, JYP Entertainment.

"I just want to make it very clear that you have won this war, you have won this battle, you have made me realize you're right I don't belong here. You're right. You've won. You're gonna get what you want. Just give me time to make it work," DAY6's Jae noted.

Furthermore, in the broadcast Jae expresses that he believes that he is using his social media platform for good, and among his main roles as a member of DAY6 was social media marketing. 

Thus, why Jae is upset on how some netizens ask him to delete his social media pages. He apologized to previous issues such as Twitch, and he pleaded with netizens who are against him to stop attacking his fans and loved ones.

Adding to this, DAY6's Jae shared that he feels that all he has left is his solo music, eaJ. But whenever is offered features as a solo artist, he first pitches it to DAY6 as he hopes to promote the group more. Throughout all this, the members of DAY6 have had his back.

Moreover, DAY6's Jae expressed that multiple international promotions and press releases for DAY6 happened due to his personal efforts and connections. 

DAY6's Jae also explained that like him, the rest of the DAY6 members are doing their part as well to keep the band together. Each member does solo music, radio, and more as well, so he asked for support and compassion to not dislike the other members.

Lastly, DAY6's Jae mentioned the mistreatment of idols due to online discrimination. Ending his broadcast saying that he should stop going on live broadcasts.

DAY6's Jae has previously expressed his distaste for JYP Entertainment's mistreatment towards him and his solo promotions.
