Are you ready, MYs? SM Entertainment's aespa is gearing up to drop another banger, but this time, in a mini album form.

Earlier this year in May, SM Entertainment's aespa dropped their digital single entitled "Next Level" which turned into a huge hit, especially for a rookie K-pop girl group

Debuting in the 2nd half of 2020 with "Black Mamba," aespa has already made a name for themselves even though they are still rookies.

Notably, "Next Level" is still doing well in Korean music charts as the track keeps ranking well, consistently in the top five rankings on Gaon's streaming and digital charts!

For approximately 4 months, aespa's song is still on fire and it seems as though fans can expect more from the SM Entertainment rookie K-pop girl group. It was announced earlier this week that aespa's "Next Level" will have 3 remixes, which made fans excited.

But beyond this, fans have been waiting for a proper comeback from aespa and it seems as though they no longer need to wait that long.

As of writing this article, today on the 14th of September, aespa dropped a cryptic teaser entitled "Savage." In the teaser, a title was revealed which features sharp art with a virtual plain in the background.

Initially, netizens were not sure what the teaser was for, but it has officially been announced that aespa is gearing up to make a comeback but this time, with their very first mini-album.

SM Entertainment announced, "They will be releasing their first physical album since their debut last November, called 'Savage.'"

As per reports, aespa's first mini-album entitled "Savage" will have six songs spanning multiple genres, which includes a title song of the same name. "Savage" is supposedly dropping on the 5th of October but it is already available for online and offline pre-orders starting today.
