EXO’s ‘Don’t Fight The Feeling’ Overcomes BTS’s ‘Butter’ On ‘Music Bank’, Getting First Win
SM Entertainment's EXO went on to give their fans an amazing gift by announcing and previously releasing their special album "DON'T FIGHT THE FEELING" on the 7th of June.
Since its release, EXO's special album, "DON'T FIGHT THE FEELING," alongside its title track of the same name has gone viral and topped on multiple charts, and has broken a plethora of records as well. This was done due to the fans and netizens really missing SM Entertainment's third-generation K-pop boy group.
With the undying support of EXO-Ls (the fandom name of EXO), EXO was able to achieve a lot of laurels for their most recent comeback. Since EXO's debut with SM Entertainment, their fans have been one of the most supportive in the K-pop industry.
Just recently, EXO-Ls have another reason to be immensely proud of EXO as EXO's "DON'T FIGHT THE FEELING" went on to garner a really big win on a recent episode of a popular music show.
As of writing this article, yesterday on the 18th of June, the latest episode of the famous music show "Music Bank" went on to pit BTS's "Butter" and EXO's "DON'T FIGHT THE FEELING" against one another as the two songs were vying for the first place on the show.
After a close and really tense counting of votes, SM Entertainment's EXO came out on top as "Don't Fight the Feeling" garnered a total of 6,720 points compared to the 4,424 points total for BTS's "Butter."
Moreover, this was EXO's first win for "DON'T FIGHT THE FEELING" which made the win even more amazing.

Aside from this, "Music Bank" continued with a bang as they had a really amazing lineup for their performers for the episode.
In the recent episode of "Music Bank," the artists who performed were Fishingirls, EPEX, GHOST9, LIGHTSUM, TXT, TWICE, BamBam, Brave Girls, SEVENTEEN, Song Ha Ye, UP10TION, N.Flying, ONEWE, WEi, and Taeho.
