Best Of The Best: Ratings Of ‘Vincenzo’ And ‘Revolutionary Sisters’ Through The Roof
K-dramas are an immensely popular pastime across the world, more especially since the pandemic has been raging. South Korean dramas contain a certain charm that hooks viewers, unlike other genres.
From feeling giddy after watching a hilarious romantic comedy or shedding tears after an immensely intense opera, K-dramas have a knack to command the attention of their viewers. Regardless, K-dramas usually contain a light hint even if the tone is very serious.
Thus, two of the biggest K-dramas today recently made huge strides as they reached another milestone!
tvN's "Vincenzo" is a K-drama starring Song Joong-ki as the main character and alongside him is Jeon Yeo-been, Ok Taec-yeon, Kim Yeo-jin and Kwak Dong-yeon. The K-drama premiered on tvN on the 20th of February, 2021.
The other K-drama, "Revolutionary Sisters," is a K-drama which stars Hong Eun-hee, Go Won-hee and Jeon Hye-bin. The show premiered on KBS2 on the 13th of March, 2021.
Two of the K-dramas, tvN's mafia special, "Vincenzo," and KBS 2TV's murder mystery, "Revolutionary Sisters," recently went above and beyond the stratosphere, as their ratings grew immensely.
Recently on the 25th of April, both K-dramas reached their highest viewership ratings ever, as of writing this article. tvN's "Vincenzo" scored an average nationwide rating of 12.3 percent, which marks a new all-time high for the tvN K-drama.
On the other end of the road, KBS 2TV's "Revolutionary Sisters" broke their own personal viewership record as well. The LBS 2TV drama got an average nationwide rating of 24.2 percent and 27.7 percent for both of its parts, respectively.
Since both K-dramas are still ongoing, it is expected that they will still garner more milestones as each individual series progresses. "Vincenzo" and "Revolutionary Sisters" are two of the hottest K-dramas today, and this milestone proves it.
Congratulations to the cast, crew, and station of both K-dramas!
