EXID’s Very Own Hani: On Being Thirty, Helping Fellow K-Pop Idols, And More

A couple of days ago, on the 5th of April, EXID's very own Hani, was featured as a guest on the show "Ask Us Anything Fortune Teller" also known as "Unpredictable Fortune Tellers," under KBS Joy.

In the show, Hani shared that she is lacking in a lot of things. There are a lot of things she is not good at and that she makes a lot of mistakes. Hani was not embarrassed about that until speaking up about it on the show. But after she turned 30, Hani started thinking about whether she should mature. 

Hani went on to say that specifically, there are a lot of things she does not know how to do in a daily routine. According to her, she is not good with her hands and she can not perform basic cooking. Hani only realized that she was not gifted in cooking when she tried to cook in a TV show. She even thought that she was being a burden.

Moreover, EXID's Hani went on to say that she did the cooking in a show with Apink's Jung Eun Ji. During the show, Eun Ji was helping her a lot, which made Hani feel apologetic toward Eun Ji.

But beyond cooking, Hani is still an immensely talented K-pop idol and actress. In addition, with an IQ of 145, Hani is known to be intelligent. With this intelligence, Hani seems to want to pursue a degree in Psychology to help fellow K-pop idols who go through mental issues.

Hani went on to say that she has been studying psychology through an academic credit bank system. She wants to help out the juniors in the K-pop industry, but she wasn't sure how I could help, Hani shared.

One of the hosts, Seo Jang Hoon, went on to tell Hani that it seemed as though she has felt sad lately. Due to this, she might not have a positive effect when she counsels others. 

Jang Hoon continued by saying that maturing is something that happens to a person without realizing it. It's not something that one can force.

The entertainer went on to tell Hani that she has to find her own happiness and brightness. Jang Hoon went on to encourage Hani to keep acting because he feels this is what makes Hani happy.

Hani affirmed that she enjoys acting, going on to say that she does like the action genre. She also shared that she really wants to play the role of a mom. 

Hani seems very sincere with what she wants to attain.
