In September of 2008, Lee Ji-eun, known more popularly as IU, debuted with her first-ever release, her Extended Play (EP) entitled "Lost and Found."

At the tender age of fifteen, IU has been singing ballads that both broke the hearts of her listeners and sent goosebumps all over their bodies. At the time, IU believed that she would only be able to release one album. But the multitalented idol has never been so wrong.

Her journey began there, and currently, she is one of the most popular South Korean soloists of her era, and recently, the all-kill queen has made a comeback.

With her fifth studio album, "LILAC," IU has finally made her very awaited comeback. IU's album is made up of 10 tracks, one of which is her pre-release song titled "Celebrity," which made waves in its release earlier this year in January.

To set it all off, IU's song "LILAC," the title track of her album with the same name released alongside its music video on YouTube on the 25th of March.

IU's album, "LILAC," is a homage to the special people who have guided, assisted, and supported her journey in her twenties. "LILAC" will be the last album she makes while in her twenties, and the next album IU will release will be the first one she drops in her thirties, signifying the end of an era and the beginning of a new one.

A couple of hours after its upload and as of writing this article, the music video for "LILAC" has already reached 2.2 million views and 444 thousand likes on YouTube. The music video displays IU's vibrant visuals and hip dance moves alongside a disco-esque vibe.

IU's remaining tracks with music videos are expected to be uploaded within this week.

Congratulations to IU and her team for having a successful comeback!
