'Dragon Ball Super' Update: Anime Series, 'The Slump' Crossover Happening + Kale's Super Power Level Revealed
Dragon Ball Super's manga and anime series are full of surprises—thanks to its massive world. It has a lot of stories to tell. Aside from character developments, there will be a crossover happening, and it is said to be the strangest element of the franchise.
According to Comicbook, Dragon Ball Super's next English dub episode will be featuring the theme of Dr. Slump, a gag manga with the same title wrote by the Dragon Ball creator himself Akira Toriyama. This is after Vegeta revealed that they are going to face Arale from an "80s gag manga." This new opponent is described to be carrying a super strength that already got Vegeta a number of times.
Dr. Slump was created by Toriyama in 1980 before the Dragon Ball franchise was made. It tells the story of a little girl robot named Arale Norimaki. She was shaped by a guy named Senbei, who was hoping to form a perfect android. However, he later realized that she is a little naïve but has super strength. Her lack of understanding about the human society led to a lot of problems in the Penguin Village.
Meanwhile, talking about the Dragon Ball Super manga series, it is now featuring the Tournament of Power's middle story. And although it was already revealed in the anime series, new information about Kale's superpower has emerged.
Currently, Dragon Ball Super's manga series revealed Universe 6's Vandos talking about the first time that Kale unleashed her full power—the Super Saiyan Berserk. Every time her power grows, Kale loses her sense of reason. If this continues to develop, it can completely absorb her.
To recall, in the Dragon Ball Super's anime series, Kale first transformed as Super Saiyan Berserk before she officially joined the Tournament of Power with Cabba and Caulifla. This was a vital moment for the Universe 6 as its Saiyans were building their strength at the time. However, in the manga series, her super strength was revealed in the middle of the competition.
Dragon Ball Super's manga series also established Kale's superpower level when she took down Golden Freeza after having a problem with Caulifla and Cabba. She also successfully gave Super Saiyan Blue Goku a huge problem before the chapter ended. Hence, this just proved that Kale has just a little control of the Super Saiyan Berserk form.
