MAMAMOO's Hwasa

From their debut with RBW on the 18th of June, 2014, until their current and previous solo success, the four queens of MAMAMOO, Solar, Wheein, Moonbyul, and Hwasa have worked long and hard to be where they are now.

Previously, the members of MAMAMOO had a difficult time breaking out into the mainstream but this did not keep the four-member K-pop girl group from reaching the success they have now.

MAMAMOO's Solar, Wheein, Moonbyul, and Hwasa took the adversity and used it to fuel themselves. Currently, the members of MAMAMOO, both as a K-pop girl group and individually as soloists are now known as one of the most loved K-pop groups and soloists in Korea.

This is evident as MAMAMOO's Solar has been making ways as a soloist and MC, Moonbyul has been featuring other prominent artists on her tracks, and Wheein having a successful solo release just this year! But recently, it seems that MAMAMOO's maknae is also flexing her fame as per her latest milestone.

Just recently, MAMAMOO's maknae, proved her prowess and popularity as Hwasa's "Maria" goes beyond 200 million views on YouTube and MooMoos (the fandom name of MAMAMOO) are extremely overjoyed for the MAMAMOO member!

As of writing this article, yesterday on the 28th of July, at around 8 p.m. Korean Standard Time, the music video for Hwasa's "Maria" went beyond the 200 million views mark on YouTube. This makes it Hwasa's first solo music video to ever reach this milestone!

Previously released on the 29th of June, 2020, Hwasa's "Maria" took a year and 29 days to get this amount of views. Currently, the music video has 200,229,243 views, 4 million likes, and 113,413 Comments.

Congratulations to MAMAMOO's Hwasa for this incredible feat!

There is no way but up for MAMAMOO's Hwasa as she recently opened her personal YouTube page on the day of her birthday as well!
