ITZY’s Ryujin Shares Her Experience On Working With BTS’ J-Hope & Jimin As A Trainee

JYP Entertainment's ITZY is arguably the most popular K-pop girl group of the 4th generation. Due to this, similar to other popular K-pop groups, MIDZYs (the fandom name of ITZY) would love to see the members of ITZY do a collaboration with other K-pop groups.

But what if I told you the members of ITZY already had a collaboration with the most popular group on the planet?

On the 18th of August, 2017, ITZY's Ryujin went on to appear in BTS's "Love Yourself Highlight Reel." Ryujin was featured right beside BTS' J-Hope and Jimin. In a recent event, the ITZY member talked about the incident.

Recently in a fan sign with MIDZYs, ITZY's main rapper was asked by a fan to share what she felt during the time she worked with the members of BTS two years before debuting with JYP Entertainment's ITZY.

For Ryujin, the members of BTS were notably very kind. This made her really happy and thankful as Ryujin was still a trainee during the time she worked with J-Hope and Jimin. ITZY's Ryujin also added that BTS' J-Hope and BTS' Jimin made her experience very "wonderful."

ITZY's Ryujin shared, "They were really kind to me. I was really thankful for that because I was just a trainee during that time."

ITZY's Ryujin expressed that she looks back on that time as she really had good memories, mostly due to the fact that she was so grateful for the opportunity to work with the members of BTS.

ITZY's Ryujin concluded by noting that it was a great and unforgettable memory for her.

HYBE's Label's BTS' "Love Yourself Highlight Reel" showcased ITZY's Ryujin ability to act and dance, which she did wonderfully right beside BTS' J-Hope and Jimin.

Now that ITZY's Ryujin is a K-pop star herself now, perhaps in the near future she'll pay it forward to another up-and-coming trainee with a 'Highlight Reel' of her own.
