Fromis_9’s Jiheon ‘Addresses’ Recent Dating Rumors Regarding Her & ENHYPEN’s Sunghoon

Though some interactions could be interpreted in a misunderstood way. Recently in Music Bank, fans began speculating that fromis_9's Jiheon and ENHYPEN's Sunghoon were dating. Could this be the case for the two K-Pop?

It all began on the 1st of July as fromis_9 made an appearance on Music Bank. The girl group performed "Stay This Way" and they completely slew.
Similar to groups that have a comeback, fromis_9 had an interview on the music show. The girls were backed up by the MC's ENHYPEN's Sunghoon and IVE's Jang Wonyoung. In the interview, fromis_9 talked about their comeback, hyping up their fans.
But netizens were more focused on fromis_9's Jiheon and her lingering gaze at MC Sunghoon. They went on to make viral posts and people started to wonder if Jiheon had a crush on Sunghoon or if they were together.
As the dating rumors began garnering traction online, Jiheon went on Weverse to address the dating allegations. In the viral posts, the fromis_9 member talked about the images that went viral as she explained that she was looking at her fellow members.
"I mean, during the interview, Saerom unnie and Nakyung unnie were so funny lol," fromis_9's Jiheon expressed.
Jiheon then adorably revealed that she was also looking at flovers, the fandom name of fromis_9. The idol explained, "Yeah, I was only looking at flovers, lol. Let's only look at one another."
Though it was not a direct statement about her dating rumors with Sunghoon, fans assumed that Jiheon was clarifying where she was looking after seeing all of the comments online.
Although dating between K-Pop idols is a regular thing, netizens are upset that simply interactions between the stars could be interpreted wrongly.
