Model Jang Yoon-Ju Receives Backlash After Mentioning BLACKPINK’s Jennie On Her Instagram Post!
Just recently on the 6th of March, model and actress Jang Yoon Ju faced a myriad of criticism from netizens and K-pop fans of Jennie due to mentioning the BLACKPINK member in an Instagram photo.

More specifically, the controversy began when Jang Yoon Ju posted a photo of herself rocking Chanel outfits on Instagram. Notably, Jang Yoon Ju started off getting praise for her beauty, being loved by netizens and fans.
But aside from Jang Yoon Ju's photos, what made fans notice her negatively was the model's caption which had the hashtags #Lastweek #Imnotadoll #Theseareuneditedcuts. Notably, the caption that caused problems was the one that read: "#Jennie, are you watching?"
Following this, Jang Yoon Ju fans went on to comment on Jang Yoon Ju's post by praising the model-actress, even comparing her to BLACKPINK's Jennie, who is notably a global ambassador under Chanel.
To defend their favorite K-pop idol, fans of Jennie and BLACKPINK also commented and protested, explaining Jang Yoon Ju's post was unnecessary and they began leaving negative comments and emojis.
BLINKs (fandom name of BLACKPINK) went on to further comment that they felt uncomfortable when Jang Yoon Ju mentioned BLACKPINK's Jennie as if the Chanel ambassador could learn from her.
Though a lot of netizens and fans defended BLACKPINK's Jennie, some fans took the side of Jang Yoon Ju. Noting that she is a popular Korean fashion model.

Furthermore, Jang Yoon Ju is the model who was featured on aespa's "Black Mamba." Due to the controversy, Jang Yoon Ju decided to remove her controversial hashtag, and while netizens and fans still voiced their displeasure, Jang Yoon Ju responded by uploading more photos of her rocking Chanel.
