"In a situation where many victims are suffering after losing their homes due to the sudden wildfire, IU's warmhearted assistance will enable us to support the things they need until they can return to their daily lives," the secretary-general of the Hope Bridge Association explained.
Adding to this, Actress Kim Go Eun also donated to the Hope Bridge Association, as she gave 50 million won (approximately $41,100) for the aid of the wildfire victims.
"I am very worried for the people who have lost their places of living due to the wildfire. I hope that the fire is quickly extinguished and does not spread further. I hope that this can be of warm assistance to the local residents who are victims and to the firefighters as well," Kim Go Eun revealed.
