‘The Red Sleeve’ Actor Kang Hoon Is Joining Kim Go Eun, Wi Ha Joon, And More In ‘Little Women’

"The Red Sleeve" main lead is joining the star-studded cast of "Little Women."

Kang Hoon's agency, NPO Entertainment, confirmed the reports that the actor has been cast to join Kim Go Eun, Wi Ha Joon, Nam Ji Hyun, Park Ji Hoo, Uhm Ji Won, and more in the upcoming K-Drama "Little Women."

The upcoming drama "Little Women," will tell the story of three sisters who grew up poor but will be fighting the richest and most influential family in Korea. It is loosely based on the English novel of the same name by Louisa May Alcott.

Leading the cast are Kim Go Eun, Nam Ji Hyun, and Park Ji Hu who will take on the roles of the three sisters.

"Little Women" will be helmed by Kim Hee Won who was behind the 2021 popular K-Drama "Vincenzo." The upcoming K-Drama will reportedly air in the second half of the year.

Meanwhile, Kang Hoon joins the cast as the love interest of Oh In Kyung who is the second of the three sisters and plate by actress Nam Ji Hyun.

Thanks to the success of "The Red Sleeve," Kang Hoon's character has skyrocketed. Aside from joining the cast of "Little Women," Kang Hoon will also be part of the upcoming Korean remake of the Taiwanese series "Someday or One Day" titled "Please Come to Me." 

Previously, Kang Hoon also starred in dramas such as "You Are My Spring," "Meow the Secret Boy," "When the Devil Calls Your name," "Let Me Introduce Her," "Flower Ever After," and "Office Watch."
