Is Hyewon Okay? Former IZ*ONE Member’s Agency Updates Fans on Case Against Malicious Commenters!
Former IZ*ONE member Kang Hyewon has been attacked with inappropriate comments from malicious netizens. Due to this, 8D Entertainment has announced that it has taken legal action against malicious commenters.

8D Entertainment previously announced that they had planned on taking legal actions to protect their artist Kang Hyewon against some netizens who are releasing malicious comments regarding her.
As of writing this article, today on the 31st of December, 8D Entertainment updated netizens and fans regarding their case against Kang Hyewon's malicious commenters with this statement:
"Hello, this is 8D Entertainment.
We previously issued a strong warning to malicious commenters and those who repeatedly write or spread malicious comments or posts about Kang Hye Won that include defamation of character, insults, sexual harassment, falsehoods, or malicious libel.
Based on our own monitoring and the evidence that we have received through reports, we completed our first round of gathering evidence. Through the law firm IL, we filed a criminal complaint with the Seoul Gangnam Police Station last November, and investigations are currently ongoing.
We plan to continue to regularly take legal action after obtaining evidence through continuous monitoring, and we will be even firmer in our response, with no leniency or negotiation.
Finally, we would like to thank all the fans who always give Kang Hye Won their love and support. We will continue to do our utmost to protect the rights of our artist.

Kang Hyewon herself has not released any personal statement regarding the matter. Furthermore, Netizens and fans are giving full support towards the former IZ*ONE member.
