SM Entertainment's aespa was recently confirmed to be vying for first place on the October 15 episode for "Music Bank"! However, fans were very happy and also came over with laughter as aespa was amazingly and hilariously vying for first place against themselves.
"Savage," aespa's most recent song, has been performing great on charts both locally and globally. But the eventual victor was chosen to be aespa's "Savage," mainly due to the song's physical sales ability.

As of writing this article, today on the 15th of October at approximately 1:30 p.m. KST, Instiz's iChart went on to announce that aespa's new title song entitled "Savage" had achieved a perfect all-kill, to the delight of MYs (the fandom name of aespa!
Notably, a song achieves a certified all-kill when it is number 1 on the daily and 24Hits charts of Melon, the daily and real-time charts of Genie and Bugs, VIBE's daily chart, and the real-time charts of FLO and iChart!
Furthermore, a perfect all-kill is dubbed to songs that have also topped iChart's weekly and esteemed chart.
To add to this, aespa's "Savage" is not only the very first song to achieve a perfect all-kill from the SM Entertainment rookie K-pop girl group, but it is also the first girl group song that dropped this 2021 to have reached the impressive milestone!
