Is It The End For The Shelbys? ‘Peaky Blinders’ Movie Finale To Begin Shooting!
Fans of the popular show "Peaky Blinders" are elated as Steven Knight, the creator of the show has confirmed that the "Peaky Blinders" movie is finally coming!
As per reports, the creator of the show Steven Knight has announced that the movie finale to the popular series is going to start filming within 18 months and is going to drop sometime in 2023.
The "Peaky Blinder" show starring Cillian Murphy as the fan-favorite and well-beloved Tommy Shelby, has been on for five seasons initially on BBC Two, and then BBC One in the U.K. The popular show also runs on Netflix!
Beside Cillian Murphy on "Peaky Blinders" are the actors and actresses Sam Neill, Helen McCrory (who passed away earlier this year), Paul Anderson, Sophie Rundle, Joe Cole, Ned Dennehy, Benjamin Zephaniah, Alfie Evans-Meese, Annabelle Wallis, Andy Nyman, Charlie Creed-Miles, Iddo Goldberg, and Tommy Flanagan.
Not long after, notable actors and actresses who joined "Peaky Blinders" are Tom Hardy, Adrien Brody, Anya Taylor-Joy, and many more.
As per Steven Knight, the sixth season of "Peaky Blinders" has already finished shooting and is currently undergoing final edits.
It has also been revealed that after the sixth season of "Peaky Blinders" is finished, the creator will write a movie which will be set in and shot in Birmingham. Notably, this film will probably be the end of the road for the BBC show "Peaky Blinders."
Furthermore, the "Peaky Blinders" creator said is considering doing other shows in the universe of the "Peaky Blinders."
But Steven Knight revealed that he dislikes the term spin-off for "related" projects and that he is not likely to stay on in a major creative capacity on them.
