Netizens Hyped As High Up Entertainment’s STAYC Preparing To Make A Comeback!
STAYC which was previously known as HIGHUP Girls is a 6-member K-pop girl group signed under High Up Entertainment. The 6 STAYC members include Sieun, Seeun, Sumin, J, Isa and Yoon.
High Up Entertainment's STAYC made their debut on the 12th of November, 2020 with their first single album "Star To A Young Culture" making them a fairly young K-pop girl group but they already have made their mark in the K-pop industry.
Notably, STAYC has won the "Best Female Rookie Award" from Brand Customer Loyalty Award and even placed as Best Rookie, 5 Rising Korean Artists To Know Now, Korea Power Celebrity (Rising Star), and 6 Rookie K-Pop Groups to Watch in 2021 on Billboard Korea, Grammy, Forbes, and Time, respectively.
Recently, netizens and SWITHs (the fandom name of STAYC) were treated with an amazing surprise as it was announced that STAYC will be making a comeback very soon!
As of writing this article, yesterday on the 4th of August, a Korean news media outlet went on to report that High Up Entertainment's STAYC is finally in the final stages of preparation for a new album which is scheduled to be dropped in early September next month!
An insider from STAYC's agency, High Up Entertainment, went on to reveal, "STAYC is getting ready for a comeback. They have finished filming their music video, but the specific comeback date is undecided."
At present, High Up Entertainment's STAYC is one of the most highly-anticipated rookie K-pop girl groups to make a comeback. Thus, the confirmation of them making a comeback this September truly has their fans hyped up.
