After going under self-quarantine on the 10th of July, BlockBerry Creative's LOONA will finally continue with promotions!

Previously, one of the staff members under the K-pop girl group LOONA tested positive for COVID-19 on the 9th of July. Thus, the members of LOONA had to stop their comeback promotions, going into self-quarantine.

Prior to this, LOONA recently dropped their fourth mini-album "&" with "PTT (Paint The Town)" as the title track. Recently, BlockBerry Creative, LOONA's agency, cleared LOONA and announced that the K-pop girl group will resume their scheduled activities.

"Hi. This is BlockBerry Creative.

On the 10th of July, after LOONA's staff members tested positive for COVID-19, we announced that LOONA and their other staff had tested negative for COVID-19 after preemptive PCR testing.

To be safe, we temporarily halted the promotional activities for their fourth mini-album '&,' as LOONA entered self-quarantine, as per health authority guidelines. We also set up a system to ensure the health and safety of the artists. We decided that there would be no issues with carrying out the scheduled activities now and plan to resume promotions.

On the 20th of July, LOONA and the staff members were all retested for COVID-19 through PCR testing before returning to promotions, and everyone tested negative.

We will do our best to ensure that LOONA can carry out their activities in a safe manner, so we ask the fans to show their support and love.

We deeply apologize for causing worry during a time when safety should be the highest priority, and we thank the fans for showing concern.

BlockBerry Creative will continue to prioritize the safety and health of the artists and staff, follow the guidelines set by health authorities, and do our best to quickly respond to sudden emergencies that may occur at any time.

Thank you."

Previously on the 10th of July, BlockBerry Creative announced that although there was no request from health authorities, the agency decided to end LOONA's scheduled activities for their fourth mini-album "&."
