Kang Mina, Formerly Of Gugudan & I.O.I, To Have ‘My Roommate is a Gumiho’ Cameo

Aside from her amazing stage presence, ability to dance, and perform, Kang Mina is also a notable actress in today's K-drama industry. Starting with a small role and making her way to bigger roles, Kang Mina is a fan favorite in multiple K-dramas.

Recently, it was reported that Kang Mina would make a cameo in a popular K-drama and fans are elated.

Kang Mina, a former member of I.O.I and Gugudan along with Kim Sejeong, entered the acting scene with her debut in MBC's "Children of the 20th Century," which was a popular rom-com drama in 2017. Kang Mina's role was the younger version of Han Ye Seul's character.

Since then, Kang Mina has been a force to be reckoned with in the drama scene. Kang Mina's first-ever lead role was in the two-episode drama of tvN entitled "History of Walking Upright," in the same year as well.

Moreover, Kang Mina went on to lead in the action web film entitled "Dokgo Rewind." Alongside her was EXO's very own Sehun. Then three years ago in 2018, Kang Mina went on to have a role in "Tale of Fairy," a fantasy drama.

Following this, Kang Mina further enhanced her acting prowess by being a supporting character on the popular K-drama "Hotel Del Luna," right beside everyone's favorite soloist, IU. Fans were happy and surprised to see Kang Mina holding her own with notable actors and actresses.

Just recently, Kang Mina has had a role on a web drama entitled "Summer Guys." The drama started to be broadcasted on the 30th of March this year and on the upcoming K-drama, "When Flowers Bloom I Think of the Moon," which will be released this year.

It is noted that Kang Mina will be part of the main cast of "When Flowers Bloom I Think of the Moon."

With her long list of small and big screen appearances, Kang Mina will be adding more to her achievements as it is confirmed that she will be making a special cameo appearance in "My Roommate is a Gumiho." This was reported as per Star News on the 11th of June.
