JYP Entertainment's TWICE is one of the most popular K-pop girl groups at present. The nine-member female K-pop group has been on a tear since their debut, and it seems as though nothing can stop JYP Entertainment's third-generation K-pop girl group.

In terms of awards, rankings in charts, combined album sales, milestones, and breakthroughs, TWICE just seems to be unstoppable not only during their comebacks but also while preparing for one.

Such is the case when JYP Entertainment's TWICE once again made a breakthrough with their Japanese song "Breakthrough."

On the 15th of May, estimated at around 11 p.m. Korean Standard Time, the music video for TWICE's Japanese song entitled "Breakthrough" was able to go beyond 100 million views on YouTube.

TWICE's music video for their Japanese track "Breakthrough" was dropped on the 12th of June, 2019. Thus, TWICE's track took almost two years (one year and eleven months) to reach this amount of views on YouTube.

Currently, TWICE's "Breakthrough" has 100,122,022 million views, 1.6 million likes, and 108,557 comments on YouTube.

Moreover, this is the third time a TWICE's Japanese track music video was able to garner this amount of views. "Breakthrough" came after TWICE's "Candy Pop," which also reached over 100 million views in the April of 2019, followed by TWICE's Japanese version of "TT" in December of 2020.

Additionally, TWICE's songs, "Like OOH-AHH," "Cheer Up," "TT," "Knock Knock," "Signal, "Likey," "Heart Shaker," "What Is Love?", "Dance the Night Away," "YES or YES," "FANCY," "Feel Special," "MORE & MORE," "I Can't Stop Me," "Candy Pop," and the Japanese version of "TT" were their first 16 songs to reach 100 million views, making "Breakthrough" TWICE's 17th music video to get this amount of views.

With the support of ONCEs, TWICE's fanbase, anything is possible for the third generation K-pop girl group.

Congratulations to JYP Entertainment's TWICE for another milestone! More power and milestones to come.
