GOT7 Jay B Apologizes To Fans For Keeping Secrets
Recently, GOT7 Jay B was announced to be the newest addition to H1GHR Music's artist lineup. The GOT7 leader became the last member to sign with a company.
To celebrate the announcement of his new home, Jay B went on Instagram live to greet fans and share some amazing news. During his Instagram live, he was joined by H1GHR Music CEO Jay Park and GOT7 maknae Yugyeom who signed with Jay Park's other label AOMG.
GOT7 Jay B's upcoming single "Switch It Up"
Fans who tuned in to watch the Instagram live were delighted to receive a piece of exciting news from Jay B. The GOT7 leader and composer announced that he will be dropping his very first single under H1GHR Music this May 14. Jay B then shared that he worked so hard for it together with H1GHR Music CEO Jay Park.
Entitled "Switch It Up," Jay B's upcoming single is produced by Cha Cha Malone and will feature a special guest. In fact, a silhouette teaser with the official live clip was released on H1GHR Music's YouTube Channel. Jay B's newest single "Switch It Up" is scheduled to be released on May 14 at 6:00 p.m. KST.

Meanwhile, Jay B talked about the past news reports stating he was in discussion with H1GHR Music which he initially denied. In March, news broke out that the GOT7 leader is in discussion with Jay Park's H1GHR Music but during that time, Jay B was quick to deny the reports saying he has offers from various labels and is still busy with doing all the paperwork needed for GOT7's future activities.
Because of this, Jay B apologized to fans for denying the news at first. He explained that during that time when the news first came out, nothing was confirmed yet.
"Actually when the news first came out, there was nothing confirmed yet. That's why [we denied], sorry about that."
