Korean heartthrob Kim Bum reportedly showed up as one of the guests at a fan's wedding last month. The bride is said to be one of the actor's longtime fans. So to show his appreciation, the star did something not many Korean celebrities are willing to do.

According to KPop Herald, local news outlet TV Report revealed Thursday that Kim Bum did so even after sending over a congratulatory wreath for the bride and groom. It seemed the actor didn't think the gift was enough and so put on an effort to be present at the wedding that took place sometime in February and congratulated his longtime fan in person. The "Boys Over Flowers" star also snapped photos with the lucky couple and fellow wedding guests.

The 27-year-old actor seemed to have taken his fan service to a more personal level. His gesture also surpassed the legendary fan service of actor Lee Min Ho, who happens to be one of his close celebrity friends as well as his former co-star in the 2009 series "Boys Over Flowers." Lee Min Ho made a touching move when he sent over a congratulatory flower wreath as a wedding gift with a personalized message for a fan who personally asked him to choose the wedding day for her. The fan also invited the "City Hunter" star to the wedding that took place in March last year but wasn't able to make it because of his schedule.

Kim Bum is also close friends with fellow actors Kim Hyun Joong and Jung Il Woo. After achieving a breakthrough in 2009, he took on supporting roles for the series "Padam Padam: The Sound of His and Her Heartbeats" in 2011 and "That Winter, the Wind Blows" the following year. He took on a leading role in the period drama "Goddess of Fire" in 2013 opposite Moon Geun Young. Kim Bum and Moon Geun Young dated for seven months.
