TWICE's 7th Melody Project was recently released and it featured one of the most popular members of TWICE; none other than TWICE's Taiwanese maknae, Tzuyu!

TWICE's Tzuyu dropped her jaw-dropping melody project which was a cover of Taylor Swift's hit track, "ME!" on the 27th of June. Since its' release, the Melody Project has garnered 12,528,418 views, 1.3 million likes, and 175,009 comments.

TWICE's Tzuyu really showed her visual and vocal prowess in the music video as a plethora of ONCEs (fans of TWICE) and netizens commended her voice and beauty.

One of the main reasons why fans flocked to Tzuyu's Melody Project is due to the fact that she did not perform alone. Tzuyu was accompanied by fellow JYP artist and Stray Kids member and leader, Bang Chan.

Yesterday, as of writing this article, a video entitled "TZUYU "ME!" Melody Project Behind the Scenes" was uploaded on TWICE's official YouTube channel and in the clip, Tzuyu talked about multiple behind-the-scenes featurettes for her Melody Project.

One of the main talking points was the reason why TWICE's Tzuyu decided to do a collaboration with Stray Kids' Bang Chan.

"I was going to sing the whole thing by myself. It was going to be alright, but then we thought it would be more fun to have a male voice in it," TWICE's Tzuyu went on to note.

Notably, there are other male JYP Entertainment idols who have amazing vocals but choosing Stray Kids' Bang Chan became the best choice as Tzuyu and Chan's voices complimented each other well as evident on the music video for Tzuyu's cover song.

TWICE's Tzuyu added, "It would make the song sound fuller, so we thought, 'Who could fit the part?' And we agreed on Bang Chan from Stray Kids. I am so glad that he came onboard. He really poured his heart in it, and because of that, it came out beautifully."
