‘Assassin’s Creed Syndicate’ PC Patch Adds New DLC Support; Fixed Issues Confirmed!
"Assassin's Creed Syndicate" PC patch will add 'Jack the Ripper" DLC support, according to Gaming Bolt.
A few days ago, the "Jack the Ripper" DLC was announced by Ubisoft. Its story was to take place 20 years after the "Syndicate" story. This time the protagonist is only Evie and Jacob is not around for players to use. She is investigating a row of murders in London and has promised to find the perpetrator known as Jack the Ripper.
Since the launch of the announcement, many players have been complaining about some issues that have been uncovered during gameplay. Ubisoft promised that they will address these issues within the next few days.
The new "Assassin's Creed Syndicate" PC patch will now add support for the "Jack the Ripper" DLC, according to Gamepur. The new patch will be version 1.31 for the PC and will also fix issues with the PC version of the game. It adds a parameter AC.ini so that players can edit on disabling the cloth motion 30 FPS limit.
The full changelog for the new patch 1.31 of the game are as follows. First is the "Jack the Ripper" DLC support, then the added parameter to AC.ini for disabling cloth motion 30 FPS limits, fixed a crash in multi-monitor mode in London, fixed FXAA with enabled MSAA and fixed changing of display in
Fullscreen mode issues.
In addition, the patch also fixed the flickering panel on the World Map, fixed various render issues, fixed several online issues and added minor improvements to the UI.
To unlock the cloth motion framerate, players will have to go to their AC.ini settings, which is under the folder My Documents\Assassins Creed Syndicate, according to PC Gamer. Players will have to open the file in Notepad and set "FlexibleMotionSimulationFPS" equals to 1.
The "Assassin's Creed Sydicate" PC patch also fixes the FXAA but some players have reported that enabling FXAA will make it look "like I have Vaseline all over my screen."
