K-Drama Kings: Best Actor Nominees For The ‘Blue Dragon Series Awards 2022’

The Blue Dragon Series Awards 2022 is scheduled for the 19th of July at 7 p.m. KST. The ceremony will take place at Paradise City in Incheon and will be hosted by Jun Hyun Moo and Girls' Generation's YoonA.
Notably, the first-ever Blue Dragon Series Awards seeks to give credit where credit is due in the fields of dramas and variety programs. Adding to this, the upcoming awards will have a plethora of bright stars fighting for a prestigious title.
But for the Best Actor category, five K-Drama stars have been named. Below are the nominees for the Best Actor category for the Blue Dragon Series Awards 2022.
Lee Jung Jae - "Squid Game"
Global actor Lee Jung Jae, the star of Netflix's "Squid Game," is among the actors nominated for Best Actor in the Blue Dragon Series Awards 2022.
The star played Seong Gi Hoon, who enters the competition to help his family by winning the cash prize. Lee Jung Jae is beloved by fans due to his charm and his depth in acting.

Jung Hae In - "D.P"
Another star nominated in the Best Actor category is Jung Hae In. He played private Ahn Jun Ho in Netflix's "D.P." What made fans love him was his ability to break away from his "boy next door" persona as in the show, he was required to show his hardened side as a soldier.
Furthermore, fans loved the senior-junior chemistry of Jung Hae In and Goo Kyo Hwan.
Lee Je Hoon - "Move to Heaven"
Lee Je Hoon's amazing acting in Netflix's "Move to Heaven" earned him a nomination at the upcoming awards ceremony. The actor played a boxer who unexpectedly meets the person that was slated to change his life.
After the death of his brother, Lee Je Hoon's character became the guardian of his nephew, Han Geu Ru (played by Tang Jun Sang). The slice-of-life K-Drama was an amazing breath of fresh air for viewers.
Kim Nam Gil - "Through The Darkness"
Another top actor nominated for Best Actor is Kim Nam Gil. The actor notably got notoriety from his drama "Through the Darkness." In the drama, Kim Nam Gil plays Song Ha Young and he stunned fans with his charisma and talent.
Im Si Wan - "Tracer"
The last (and certainly not the least) actor nominated for the Best Actor category is Im Si Wan from "Tracer." The MBC program is the actor's comeback to the small screen after starring in the blockbuster K-Drama "Run On."
Im Si Wan stunned fans as he played the chief of taxation division 5's Hwang Dong Joo. Viewers are excited to see what the actor has in store in the future.
