Butter 

Dairy products are usually good for your bones because it is rich in calcium. However, caution is necessary because casein can cause joint inflammation and pain. High-fat content is also a problem. It is better to reduce the intake of butter or cream and drink milk as a low-fat product. Skim milk is fine too.
