‘A Business Proposal’ Star Seol In Ah Is Returning With The K-Drama ‘Oasis’
Actress Seol In-ah, who gained international popularity thanks to her appearance in "A Business Proposal," is slated to become the main character of "Oasis."
An entertainment official told Sports Chosun on the 26th, "Seol In ah will be the main character of KBS 2TV's new drama 'Oasis'."
"Oasis" is an upcoming KBS 2TV K-Drama set in the turbulent Korea from the 1980s to the 1990s. It depicts the fierce life, revenge, and conflict of young people who had to live only in pursuit of power and wealth, regardless of means and methods amid false social values.

Seol In Ah will take on the role of Oh Jeong In, a.k.a Sophia, in the K-Drama "Oasis." Born in 1961, she is the daughter of the owner of Namhae Theater. She came down from Seoul and spent middle and high school in Yeosu, where she met Lee Doo Hak. The "A Business Proposal" actress plays the role of a strong woman who becomes a cultural magnate with her dedication to career and revenge, such as jumping into film distribution and production to save Namhae Theater.

Seol In Ah's role as Oh Jeong Jin will be closely intertwined with Lee Doo Hak, the male lead character. For a while now, Jang Dong yoon has been in discussion to play Lee Doo Hak.
