A Warm Welcome: Seo Ye Ji Greets Fans For The First Time Since Previous Scandal

Fans of Seo Ye Ji were recently treated with a surprise as the actress greeted them via a YouTube video. On the 24th of April, tvN uploaded a YouTube video showing upcoming viewers a behind-the-scenes look at their upcoming K-Drama "Eve" featuring Seo Yea Ji.

In the recent video, actress Seo Ye Ji expressed, "Hello, this is Seo Ye Ji, who plays the role of Lee Ra El. It's nice to meet you. Ra El is someone who loses everything to people who only care about money and plots her revenge, which includes betrayal, conspiracy, love, and ambition."

Notably, Seo Ye Ji's fans have gone on to react with an overwhelming amount of positivity, welcoming the actress back with open arms. Previously the actress was embroiled in a scandal that forced her to take a step back from the entertainment industry.

The negative attention Seo Ye Ji received from the scandal forced the actress to withdraw from the K-Drama "Island" during its production, forcing the K-Drama to recast and reshoot some of Seo Ye Ji's scenes.

Though after some time taking a hiatus, actress Seo Ye Ji has been cast in the upcoming K-Drama "Eve,' slated to portray the character Lee Ra El. With Seo Ye Ji is actor Park Byeong Eun who has been cast as Kang Yoon Gyeom.

Also in the K-Drama is actor Lee Sang Yeob. Though initially, the actor garnered criticism for joining the cast of "Eve" as fans were worried that acting alongside Seo Ye Ji could affect his career in a bad way.

Though the K-Drama "Eve" seems to be pressing, it is still unsure yet if Seo Ye Ji will be able to once again reach her previous popularity.
