DC Extended Universe's The Flash Actor, Ezra Miller, was arrested in Hilo, Hawaii last Monday morning by local law enforcement. Miller was charged with disorderly conduct and harassment after an incident at a bar.

According to the Hawaii County Police Department's media release, South Hilo officers responded to a report of a disorderly bar patron on Sunday evening at 11:30 p.m. After investigation, the police determined that the agitator had become unruly while other patrons began singing karaoke at the bar and had started "yelling obscenities." At one point, Miller "grabbed the microphone from a 23-year-old woman singing karaoke and later lunged at a 32-year-old man playing darts."

Miller was promptly arrested and charged with linked offenses of disorderly conduct and harassment. Total bail was set at $500. Miller provided for bail, and the law enforcement subsequently released him from custody.

This was the second time in many months that The Flash actor was arrested by Hawaiian police. Last 2020, footage that appeared to depict Miller choking a woman in a bar in Iceland surfaced online. Sources close to the situation described the situation as a serious altercation and led to Miller being escorted off the premises by staff.

The actor's arrest has caused some concern for the Warner Bros company. Miller played Credence Barebone, a half-blood wizard in the "Harry Potter" spin-off film, "Fantastic Beasts: The Secrets of Dumbledore."

Miller also stars as Barry Allen, the secret identity of the superhero known as The Flash, in several DC films. He was first introduced in "Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice," then reprised his role in "Justice League" and "Zack Snyder's Justice League," Miller is also set to star in his own character-highlighted DC film with "The Flash." which is set to hit theaters on June 23, 2023.

During last month's Academy Awards broadcast, "Zack Snyder's Justice League" won in the newly introduced Oscars cheer moment category. A sequence in the film described as "The Flash Enters the Speed Force" was voted the most cheer-worthy moment through online polls ahead of the show, with footage from Miller's performance in the film being featured during the broadcast.
