President-Elect Yoon Seok Yeol’s Transition Committee To Meet With HYBE, Possibly On BTS’s Military Exemption?
Just recently, it was reported that President-Elect Yoon Seok Yeol's transition committee would be meeting with HYBE, the label of BTS. It was rumored that one of the matters that the committee would discuss with the agency was that of BTS's military exemption.

But recent reports confirm that this may not be the case. Ahn Cheol Soo, a member of President-Elect Yoon Seok Yeol's transition committee, and other members will be visiting HYBE to discuss a range of issues however the issues to be talked about will not be including BTS's military exemption.
In a recent statement from media outlets, a representative from President-Elect Yoon Seok Yeol's transition committee officially confirmed that Ahn Cheol Soo and the members of the transition committee will be visiting HYBE in person on the 2nd of April KST.
The specific difficulties to be discussed by President-Elect Yoon Seok Yeol's transition committee and HYBE have not been specified.

In the upcoming meeting, Ahn Cheol Soo will listen to HYBE's difficulties that the agency might have parallel to the entertainment industry, and discuss what can be done to support the said industry.
Though earlier reports went on to explain that Ahn Cheol Soo and his committee would be discussing the possibility of BTS's military exemption, netizens should no longer expect any discussions related to the matter.
Though the topic might not be completely out the window, it would be safe to assume that BTS's supposed military exemption is not coming to fruition.
